1. Adults only (18+)
FKBAE contains sexually explicit material meant only for adults. By using the site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher — and that viewing adult content is legal in your location. Every page carries the RTA (Restricted To Adults) label so parental-control software can block it. Keep the site away from anyone under 18.
2. What FKBAE is
FKBAE is a free, no-account feed of short adult clips ("snaps") organised into categories. There is no sign-up, no uploading, no profiles, no comments and no messaging. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Acceptable use
You get a limited, personal, revocable licence to view the site as intended. You agree not to scrape, crawl, mass-download, mirror or republish any content or data; not to bypass security, access or age controls; not to use bots or overload our systems; and not to use the site unlawfully.
4. Intellectual property
The FKBAE name, layout, logo and code belong to FKBAE. Clips and images belong to their respective creators and are shown under the arrangements by which we receive them. Viewing gives you no ownership. FKBAE is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Snap Inc., Snapchat, TikTok or any other platform.
5. Performers
Everyone shown in content on FKBAE was at least 18 years old when it was produced. See our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement.
6. Removal requests
We act on valid takedown and removal requests. To report infringement or request removal of content featuring you, see our DMCA & Content Removal policy.
7. No warranty & liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FKBAE and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
