1. Filing a notice
If you own rights to material that appears on FKBAE without authorisation, email dmca@fkbae.io with the details below. We aim to respond within a few business days.
2. What to include
- identification of the work and the URL(s) on FKBAE where it appears;
- your contact details;
- a statement that you believe the use is not authorised by the owner, agent or law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
3. Removal of personal content
If you appear in content and want it taken down, email us at the address above — you do not need to be the copyright owner. We will remove verified requests.
4. Counter-notice
If content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact address, identifying the material and explaining the basis for restoration.
5. Repeat infringers
We may block sources that repeatedly supply infringing material.
